Breeding or reproduction in rabbit farming is the process of introducing the female (doe) to the male’s (buck’s) cage.
Why do you think that they don't put the buck into the doe's cage instead?
I read somewhere that it's because the cage of the female smells like the female so if the male is introduced to the female's cage, he will be more busy sniffing around.
